| Per´s comments: Muddy pale yellow, brief head. Fruity citric nose. Fairly sweet and medium bodied with rounded spritzy mouthfeel. Some bubblegum and vanilla, but the use of champagne yeast has given this wheat beer completely different flavour and mouthfeel than an ordinary hefeweizen. Some of the gain in terms of unusual complex flavour is lost on the drinkability. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
