| Per´s comments: Cloudy dark brown, dense head. Intense arousing aroma of raspberry and wood. Earthy, soft and mild. There´s cherry and wood. Deep complex earthy buttery malt character. The oak barrel character is restrained, just adding complexity to an already complex beer. Instead it is driven by superb malt flavours and esters. Mild, soothing and fruity, Westvleteren 12 like, as I remember it from the first time I tried it. Ultrasuperb - one of the very best beers I´ve ever had the opportunity to try. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
