| Per´s comments: Clear ruby, creamy albeit brief head. Woody, perfumy almondy nose. Very sweet with thick, almost oily mouthfeel. Almondy yeast character, butterscotch and strawberries are being pushed back by oak and bourbon. Very potent and malty, reminiscent of a brandy. Intense. The wood is well strong, but it still works fine. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
