| Per´s comments: Very pale yellow, airy head. Oddly I find some aromatic orangey hops mixed with grain up front. Sweet and very light bodied, rather thin. The expected trademarked Sofiero flavour of rotting vegetables and pea soup just isn´t thre, and it is actually surprisingly clean and thirst quenching. No bitterness. Sensationally non-awful for being for coming from what I have found to be the worst brewer anywhere. Perhaps not a beer that I´d like to drink every day, but also not a beer that I´d actively avoid. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
