Per´s comments: Cloudy brownish amber, minimal head. Appley nose. Medium sweet and completely without carbonation. Soft and drinkable with surprisingly clean flavours. Low amounts of esters and notes of rye bread and melon. Drying lightly grassy finish. An ale-like sahti.
