| Per´s comments: Cloudy red brown, small pink head. citric yeasty nose. Lemon and citric acid are accentuated. There is not much barnyard, and just as in Cantillon Blåb‘r Lambik the blueberry flavour is hard to pinpoint, resulting in more of a general fruitiness. Fresh and quite tasty, but not reaching the complexity of the real lambics. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
