Per´s comments: Clear nut brown, small head. Roasty and nutty with a touch of licorice. medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. There´s grass and licorice and aniseed as well as butter, and the malt feels vital and ful of life. fairly low bitterness. A well balanced beer that may lack that extra something that is hard to define.
