| Per´s comments: Clear nut brown, thick firm had. Light cocoa aroma. Medium sweet with clean mouthfeel and edium body. Flavourwise cocoa is completely dominant. Underneath lies notes of coffee, dried fruits and cookie malt. salty finish with some cocoa bitterness. There are some syrupy notes that can be compared with Carnegie Porter, much I guess it is designed to rival. This beer is much more elegant to start with, but I doubtit will age as well. All in all it´s a well made porter finding a niche of it´s own, and a remarkably darng beer to come out from Sweden´s perhaps most conservative macro brewer. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
