| Per´s comments: Clear golden, firm head. Pungent grassy hops up front. Very dry, yet superbly soft with solid body and lots of chewy malt. A wealth of grassy hops leads towards a really bitter finish. Despite significant bitterness it feels velvetty and seemless, completely without edges. Though pilseners may not really be indigenous to Franconia they really know how to make them. Just wonderful! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
