| Per´s comments: Clear dark nut brown, rich firm head. Sweet and rather light bodied. Lightly roasty with vague soapy mouthfeel . Dryish finis with low bitterness. Going for blance, but ends upbeing well light. The malt character compares infavourably with it´s cousins from Franconia, and it feels less alive. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
