| Per´s comments: Unfortunately served with a lemon slice. Cloudy dark yellow, creamy head. Even after removal the lemon aroma lingers and overpowers everything else. It´s a soft and edgeless wheat beer with nice malt profile. There are no esters, so it is not realy a hefeweizen. Instead wheat malt flavours takes it´s place. Well made, but lacking real character. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
