| Per´s comments: Clear dark ruby,majestic head. Aroma of hay and dates. Fairly sweet with solid, malty body, a fair amount of hay- and flower-like English style hops dries it out. The malt profile is chewy, but rather clean. Resiny bitter finish. A well balanced beer with nice flavours - I´d still like the malt to be a bit softer to get more out of it. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
