| Per´s comments: Golden colour, fizzy head. Very light grass aroma. Medium bodied and medium sweet with some very light buttery malt. Low bitterness. If anything it is more similar to a dortmunder than a märzen, but the use of maize is heavily noticable. Still it´s free from off-flavours and has some positive aspects, making it one of the more worthwile commercial products in South Africa. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
