| Per´s comments: Hazy pale golden, rich creamy head. Evident grassy nose. Very dry, crisp and grainy with lots and lots of grassy German hops. Strict and correct, an unfiltered arch-German pilsener. Extremely dry and bitter. If thereÆs anything to complain about it would be that the ligh tbody struggles to uphold the bitterness, which makes it slightly metallic. An excellent effort and a bit of a change of pace with a German style beer in Hanoi, wher nearly all brewpubs are strongly rooted in the Czech tradition. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
