Per´s comments: Clear reddish brown with rich creamy head. Aroma of cherries, licorice and grass. Sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Dextrose and alcohol dominates, but thereÆs also fruity black currant, licorice, aniseed and grain. Salty with surprisingly bitter finish. An American style Belgian style ale, complicated rather than complex.
