Per´s comments: Very black, majestic brownish head. Lots of chocolate, some coffee and tar. Sweet and concentrated. A bit of yeasty spritzyness gives it more life and a bit of Belgian air. The malt structure is soft and mild completely edgeless, which separates it from the bulk of Imperial stouts. Finishes with cocoa powder bitterness. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
