| Per´s comments: Bright pink no head. Vinegary Canillon-like lemony nose. The addiotion of red currant marries well with the lambic and stays on balanced levels. While it offers lots of lemon and vinegar the complexity of the best lambics is not really achieved. I also find a slight hint of rubber in the finish, but more vague here than in their framboos. One of the most genuinely interesting beers at the festival, although not the best. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
