| Per´s comments: Very black, no head. Rich aroma of black cherries and dark chocolate, coffee comes along later. Dryish and dense with complex and interesting flavours of blueberry, cocoa and coffee. Light salty bitterness. Trois Dames is making it into my top list of EuropeÆs 10-20 best breweries I think! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
