| Per´s comments: Opaque black with dense creamy beige head. Aroma of licorice and spruce needles with some vinous tartness. Chocolatey and lightly oaky with lemon, winegums and coffee. Feels way more Belgian than porterish with itĘs vinous yeasty esters and restrained roastiness. Also the spritzy, lively mouthfeel and the pine needle bitterness points me in the same direction. In this beer I like the mouthfeel and drinkability better than the actual flavour. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
