| Per´s comments: Almost clear deep golden, small head. Interesting Orvalish aromna of yeast, orange and hay - Brett is evident. Medium sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel. There are alomndy caramal and citric tartness as well as light piney bitterness. Very similar to Mikkeller ITĘS ALIVE, but more citric. Really good, but for Orval class softer malt and even more depth must be added. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
