| Per's comments: Transparently black, creamy head. Vague plastic aroma Medium sweet and fairly light bodied with clean somewhat rounded mouthfeel. Before warming to near room temperature the flavour is void and lifeless - only some slight molasses are there. As it warms chocolate comes out more. It finishes with low bitterness and a tad of cardboard. Remains a bit sterile and clean throughout. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
