Brewed by: Dancing Camel, Tel Aviv Substyle: Imperial/Double IPA Rated around: 2/23/2009 Draught at the brewery (not really the regular Golem. Normally Golem is an iced version of their IPA that is blended down to around 10% with un-iced IPA - this rating is for the unblended 13.25% iced IPA).
Per's comments: Pours roast red and viscous with minimal head. The nose has powerful notes of brandy, honey and orangey hops. Sweet and fruity, full bodied and waming. Dense, viscous and powerful with plenty of raisin and caramel. Still elegant with long piney bitterness.
