| Per's comments: Cloudy pale amber, rich firm head. Somewhat yeasty nose with pleny of seville orange. Sweet and medium bodied, fruity and marmeladey withalmondy Belgian style yeast character. Increasingly bitter - the seville orange marmelde slowly degenerates into bitter almond and resin. Complicated and cofusing despite maintaining a clean, fairly simple flavour profile. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
