| Per's comments: Lightly hazy golden, airy head. Citric lambic-like barnyard aroma. Tart and quite acidic, but this is countered by some malt sweetness. Remaining rather mild, never really reaching lambic-like levels of complexity or sourness. Finishes lemony and moreish. Rather akin to American sour ales like Russian River et al.
