Per's comments: Cloudy orange, brief head. Sweaty citric brett aroma. Tart and citric despite underlying malt sweetness. Juicy and quite full bodied. Concentrated citric horsenlanket flavour, like lambic beefed up and condensed. Has an amazing flavour, but lacks the complexity of the real lambics completely. A beer with a huge initial WOW-factor, but upon a closer inspection the surface starts cracking up. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
