| Per's comments: Completely black, thick creamy head. Aroma of chocolate and molasses. Fairly sweet at first. There's chocolate, tar and molasses, but the flavour dies midways. Light bodied with spritzy mouthfeel. Drier finish with some tar. Deserves cask conditioning - with this much CO2 it appears a bit empty or blown up. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
