| Per's comments: Hazy copper colour, huge creamy head. Floral strawberry nose. Fairly sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel and light-medium body. Some lingonberries. The pecan flavour is akin to chestnut, but nuttier and doesn't cone with any of the acidity those beers generally have. Low hop rate and only slight bitterness. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
