| Per's comments: Hazy golden, mid-sized head. Tart nose with lemon, barnyard, old hay and cocoa. Dry and vinegary, spritzy with marked acidity. Vanilla and oak is there, but doe ottake over. The bourbon actually marries well with the lambic. Some late salty stale hop bitterness to go with the lemony acidity. Another very tasty Cantillon variation. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
