| Per's comments: Black as coal, dar tan head. Tarry aroma. Yeasty and fairly sweet, piney and super tarry. Very roasty, really hoppy. Harsh inkyness sets in early. I have always attributed inkyness to excessive sweetness in combination with extreme bitterness. Here the sweetness is not that intense, but roastiness and bitterness seems to create the harsh inkyness anyway. Over the top beer. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
