| Per's comments: Clear nut brown, minimal head. Citric barnyard aroma with caramel behind. Some citric acidity counetracts crystalized sugar sweetness, rounded mouthfeel. In a way the crystalized sugar enhances the gueuze flavour, the drawback is reduced drinkability and takeover of caramel/sugar flavours.
