| Per's comments: Very black, rich beige head. Fruit ynose with gooseberries, licorice and Baileys. Sweet and creamy, plenty of chocolate and coffee. Near full bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Salmiak sets in early and comes to dominate the finish, which also has a slowly growing bitternes. A well balanced, chocolatey Imperial Stout that should probably suit excellently for barrel aging. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
