| Per's comments: Cloudy deep golden, brief head. Citric nose with plenty of overripe banana and white pepper. Sweet and fruity, hard but somewhat syrupy mouthfeel, medium body. Notes of phenols and mustards seeds. Sugary finish with near no bitterness. A correct, but unrefined weizen.
