| Per's comments: Cloudy straw colour, creamy head. Phenolic banana aroma. Mid sweet with creamy, spritzy mouthfeel and light-medium body. Flavours of whipped cream, mashed banana and cloves. No bitternes. Thebeer selection at what seems to be Bucharest one and only proper brewpub is confusing. The Red Ale and Black Stout was temporarily unavailable, but promised to be back within a month. The Gold Beer which is listed as a pilsener in their website was in fact a hefeweizen at this occassion. At any rate it's a pretty good weizen, decidedly enjoyable in the shady patio outside the brewpub. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
