| Per's comments: Black, no head. Vinous bretty nose with lots of licorice. Mid sweet with near full body. Sweaty funky brett and red wine integrrates superbly into the licorice, tobacco and chocolate flavours of the stout. Mildly warming, soft, pleasant and really complex. Peppery heat in an otherwise mild finish. The best imperial stout I can remember having for years! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
