| Per's comments: Very black, no head. Rich blueberry aroma with some salmiak. Mid sweet with full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Some milk chocolate and licorice, plenty of blueberry jam. Long roasty bitter finish. Unconventional but functional use of an otherwise very dull berry. The first time I feel that blueberries contributes to anything in a beer. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
