| Per's comments: Clear mahogany colour, rich but fairly brief head. Pungent aroma of cheap calvados and nail polish. Dry with clean mouthfeel and light body. Some roasty chocolaty malt and nuts. Notes of metal in a finish with loads of lacquer and nail polish. Very heavy off flavours, and the hard mouthfeel doesn't offer much room to hide anything. Hopefully this brave new brewery will improve... | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
