| Per's comments: Cloudy burgundy colour, small pink head. Buttery nose with plenty of ripe cherries. Lightly tart with underlying sweetness. Medium bodied with clean mouthfeel. Slight citric tartness, some tin and syrup. Nice cherry flavour, but nothing else is really very pleasant. Compares highly infavourably to traditional lambics, yet sells at way above top end price. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
