| Per's comments: Cloudy mahogany colour, small head. Phenolic nose with caramel and cardamom. Sweetish with medium-full body and relaxed, well rounded mouthfeel. Molasses with herbal spices and light citrus. Mild minerally bitterish finish with slight peppery heat. Pleasant and somewhat rustic - what I have come to expect from my far too rare encounters with Klövsjö. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
