| Per's comments: Clear pale golden, faint head. Grassy nose. Dry with light-medium body and firm mouthfeel. Almost pilsnerish dry, but with meatier malt. Notes of fruit, pine needles and butter. Really bitter finish. Refreshing in a pilsnerish way, but with more solid backbone. Modern German take on the style. I quite like it. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
