Per´s comments: This is a sad story. Sofiero used to be the first Swedish microbrewery. A little time ago they went out of business and got bought up by Kopparberg. now Kopparberg is using the plant to brew the crappiest beers imaginable. To start with: to the best of my knowledge there is no such thing as Helsing•r Bryghus, so it´s very kind of them to give the permission to Sofiero/Kopparberg to brew this beer. secondly the beer tastes like sweetish mineral water. It is pale golden and bland to the vanishing point, with a slight hint of green apples, but absolutely no bitterness.
