| Per´s comments: Dark amber. Big beechwood salami smokiness Schlenkerla style. Medium bodied, rather sweet with bitter finish. The nose is near identic with Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier Märzen, but it lacks the firm, dense maltiness that makes the German a world class beer, and this merely a good, experimental one. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
