| Per´s comments: Burgundy coloured. Coffee, berries and dark chocolate in the nose. Malty, complex and mature with toffee flavours. Rich sweet finish. Wonderful! Fredrik N´s comments: Redbrown hue. Aroma is full with lots of chocolate. The flavor is not really what you expect from an eight year old trapist. It is sharp with minerals and chocolate tones. The sharpness is reminiscent of ground pepper and it lasts forever, but still a top brew. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
