| Per´s comments: This was a gift from a friend in Macedonia. He said it was very rare, and was brewed by a friend of him who had a tiny brewery. The label was hard to read, and I´m not 100% sure I got the correct name of the brewery. Anyway, it poured orange coloured with quite a lot of sediment and little head. The nose was full of apples, cinnamon and burnt sugar - apple pie! It was sweet, yeasty and rather malty with notes of toffee and less than average bitterness. An unrefined but interesting Macedonian beer experience. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
