Per´s comments: Beautiful mahogany colour. No matter if it is served cold or at 60ºC the aroma is overwhelming with cinnamon and sugar. It is extremely sweet with clean mouthfeel. Cold it is strangely reminding of a typical Swedish breakfast dish (risgrynsgröt med kanel och socker). Warm it is a nice, odd warimg drink, reminding of Austrian jägertee, luckily the outside temperature was -9ºC, so this was a suiting drink at the time I sampled it. I really love the way BFM is experimenting, even if I don´t always love their beer. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
