| Per´s comments: Dark black with brief beige head. Rich chocolate aroma. Full bodied and rather sweet, but not very firm. Big on licorice flavour with an odd note of plastic. Molasses and salt in the finish. Fredrik N´s comments: Extremely opaque (one of my friends suggested that this was probably was a black hole reaaly looked like)black beer with thin cappuchino coloured head. Roasted aroma with coffee, malt and chocolater tones. Rather thin. Somwhat sweet flavor with chocolate and coffee tones. Firm bitterness. Once again Slottskällan proves to be a superb brewery. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
