| Per´s comments: If I´m not misinformed this blending beer was previously brewed at Vanderlinden, but now Boon has taken over, and also ramped up the alcohol significantly. The colour is mahogany and there is no head. There are malt and dark cherries in the aroma. It is sweet and clean with complex woody cherry flavours and a touch of balsam. The finish is discrete and velvetty. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
