| Per´s comments: Orange-amber, firm head. Dry and malty, rounded and soft with chewy mouthfeel. Long salty bitterish finish. There might be more charming beer gardens, and even better beers in Franconia, but I can easily picture myself living in Merkendorf...Dark amber. Fatty malt aroma. Malty, but clean. Rounded mouthfeel. It is dry for a märzen, and has a lovely, grassy malt aromatic finish. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
