| Per´s comments: Made partly with rye malt and fermented with belgan yeast, this christmas beer pours nut brown and forms a creamy head. Intense banana aroma. Sweet and vinuous, firm body with complex malt profile. Rich on toffee. Some light bitterness. Still a bit raw, but already superb. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
