Per´s comments: I´m afraid this rating will be more of a story of the service of this touristic brewpub/hotel in downtown Brno. I´m not usually the guy who complains about poor service, but in this case the word "service" is not really appropriate, as I wasn´t served at all!! The raging mad bully for a waiter just simply refused to serve my company. My Czech friend left in the disguise after a quick exchange of words, and the waiters got so hostile they were treating me worse than I´d expect as a prisoner of war. After over 30 minuted and desperate to get to try any of the beers served all around me I went to the side bar just by the entrance. There they told me that this bar was closing in 20 minutes (even though otherīs there was still served, and the sign clearly told that the bar was closing at midnight). After some negotiations I was finally served a glass of their pale lager, but not any other beer as that would mean that they would have to walk in access of 15m to serve a beer geek who had travelled 2000km to get there, to pour the beer. OK. The beer itself was pale golden, obviously non filtered. Softly, malty, smooth with a herbal hop aroma and good bitterness. Not a bad beer indeed, and had I been in a better mood I´m sure I could have really appreciated this beer. If the brewers like to contact me to explain and apologize for what happened I would appreciate it. Otherwise I will surely NEVER return to Pegas and strongly recommend anyone not to set their foot there.
