| Per´s comments: Pale amber. Cookie malt completely dominate this beer from nose to finish. The malt profile is clean and very plain, and the hoppiness very light. The end result is a prototypical ale, too low in hop rate and too poor in malt structure. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
